A geothermal hydrotherapy treatment including the therapeutic use of stones that have been either heated or cooled in water. The application of heat to the body allows for dilation of blood vessels, allowing the muscle tissue to relax & stimulate a relaxing effect on the body. The application of cold to the body allows for constriction of the blood vessels, stimulating the nervous system as well as drawing blood & waste away from the blood vessels. The combination of hot AND cold results stimulates a vascular flush, meaning proper circulation to the surrounding tissue. Overall, this treatment will provide enhanced effects to your therapeutic massage.

Manual Osteopathy
